Returns & Refunds
At Shifted Standardz, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom mini quads, mini bikes, and performance parts.
Due to the custom-built nature of many of our products, our Returns & Refunds policy is structured to protect both the customer and the production process.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Custom Orders (Non-Refundable After Production Starts)
All custom mini quads, mini Trikes , and made-to-order products are built specifically for each customer.
- Custom orders can be canceled only before production begins
- Once production has started, the order becomes non-refundable and non-cancelable
- This includes any custom paint, build modifications, or upgraded components
Customers are responsible for confirming all order details before production approval.
Non-Custom / Ready-Made Products
For standard or non-custom items (such as parts or accessories):
- Returns may be accepted within a limited period (if applicable and approved)
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Order canceled before production or shipment
- Product is confirmed defective upon arrival
- Wrong item shipped due to our error
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after production begins
- Misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Custom-built specifications already approved by the customer
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or videos must be provided for verification
- Our team will assess and provide a solution (repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on case)
Failure to report within the timeframe may affect eligibility.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error
- International customers are responsible for customs fees and import duties
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before production begins
- Once processing or build work starts, cancellations are no longer allowed
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within:
- 3–10 business days, depending on payment method and bank processing times
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing all specifications before confirming orders
- Ensuring proper use and maintenance of the product
- Complying with local laws and safety regulations
Shifted Standardz is not liable for damages caused by misuse or improper operation.
