Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Please note that custom-built products, special-order items, or high-demand products may require additional preparation time before shipment. Customers will be notified if additional processing time is required.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping

We currently offer Free Shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

Certain oversized products, specialty items, or international orders may require additional shipping charges. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–15 business days
  • International Orders: 7–30 business days

Signature Requirements

For security purposes, certain shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for the shipment when required.

P.O. Box Deliveries

We are able to ship certain items to P.O. Boxes. However, some larger products, including mini quads and oversized shipments, may require a physical street address.

If a P.O. Box cannot be used for your order, our team will contact you before shipment.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

Shifted Standardz has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information before placing an international order.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the damage

Failure to report shipping damage within the specified timeframe may affect our ability to assist with the claim.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  3. Contact Shifted Standardz for additional assistance.

While we will do our best to help locate missing shipments, we are not responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Shifted Standardz is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
