Custom Orders & Production Policy

All custom-built mini quads and special-order products are made specifically to customer specifications.

• • Once production has started, no cancellations or changes are allowed

• • Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications before confirming purchase

• • Shifted Standardz is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during order confirmation

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Order Processing

• • Processing may include parts sourcing, assembly, or customization work

• • Customers will receive updates where applicable

Shifted Standardz reserves the right to delay or adjust production timelines due to supply chain or customization requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

• • International shipping is available worldwide

• • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

• • Shifted Standardz is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or international clearance processes

Warranty Policy

Shifted Standardz provides a limited warranty on eligible products.

• • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or modifications is not covered

• • Warranty terms may vary depending on product type or custom build specifications

• • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom-built vehicles:
